Master the Art of Hand Wrapping
Protecting an athlete’s hands is just as important as training their skills.

Our Hand Wrapping Course gives coaches the knowledge and confidence to wrap hands like a professional, following proven best practices used at the highest levels of combat sports.
 
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
 
1. Educate coaches on how to build a solid framework that facilitates all key areas of the hand to prevent injury.
 
2.  It empowers coaches to identify illegal hand wraps and to use a universal signing method for multiday or single-day events.
 
3.  Teachs coaches on simple taping techniques which can help reduce mobility in areas of the hand, e.g. the thumb which allows the athlete to continue training while rehabilitating the injured area.
 
Whether you work with fighters, boxers, or martial artists, these skills will make you a more valuable coach, improve athlete safety, and keep your team performing at their best.
 
Certificate
The course carries a recognized certificate of attendance by Minute Medicine Man a global leader in corner care since 2009.
 
Material
The course is supported by a Notes and certificate.The notes are an depth explanation of the course slides supported by evidence where possible. There are 37 pages PDF which outline ruleset, our role as cut people in the back of house BOH and the field of play FOP which include almost two decades of experience working for most major combat sports organisations globally.All materials for the course such as tapes and bandages are provided. You don't need to bring anything.
 
Dates & Times
The course is a full-day session. From 9 am to 4.30 pm.
