It empowers coaches to identify illegal hand wraps and to use a universal signing method for multiday or single-day events.
It educates coaches on simple taping techniques which can help reduce mobility in areas of the hand, e.g. the thumb which allows the athlete to continue training while rehabilitating the injured area.
